On average, minority entrepreneurs and investors exhibit a lower level of awareness and familiarity with the franchised business category. Despite this, they demonstrate a higher inclination toward being independent business owners and operators. Our challenge in crafting social content was to prove that franchising could be the optimal avenue for their entrepreneurial aspirations.
Thus, we conceived the strategic initiative, 'Forge the Future.' Under this umbrella, we created distinctive campaigns for each diversity segment, strategically launched across 7-Eleven’s social platforms. Over time, we not only successfully cultivated and expanded this brand but also witnessed a substantial increase in social engagement. Ultimately, our efforts resulted in attracting a diverse pool of applicants to the 7-Eleven Franchising program.
